At the Zillers Roof Garden, Chef Vasilis Roussos presents a dining experience that captures the essence of Greek and Mediterranean cuisine in a truly unique way. His culinary journey has taken him from studying at Le Monde to being a part of several prestigious culinary establishments in Greece. He boasts an illustrious career spanning from Michelin-starred Botrini’s Restaurant and CTC Restaurant to Poseidonion Grand Hotel Spetses, Cavo Tagoo Mykonos, Canaves Oia, and Selene Restaurant. Vasilis Roussos has also been honored with the FNL Guide and Toque D’or Awards.
