Pavlos Kiriakis

Our Executive Chef Pavlos Kiriakis is undoubtedly a rising star in the Greek food scene and we are very proud to have him lead our team.

At the Zillers Roof Garden, he unravels a unique dining experience, highlighting the very best of Greek and Mediterranean cuisine. His passion for culinary excellence is evident in every dish. His experience speaks for itself as he’s worked in various Michelin-starred restaurants including Spondi in Athens, Benu in San Francisco and Azurmendi in Bilbao. After his creative work for 4 years in the island of Santorini, he’s received several FNL and Toque D’or Awards. Pavlos Kiriakis is the man behind our Toque D’or Award winnings for several years in a row.
Chef Kiriaki’s never-ending commitment to great gastronomic journeys results in organizing impactful festivals, such as the renowned Four Hands Dinner at the Zillers Roof Garden.

Georgios Platinos

Pastry Chef

Georgios Platinos is a Pastry Chef based in Athens who has worked with Gilles Marchal, Gilles Simon Deliyannis, Philippe Urraca, and at several award-winning restaurants in Greece. He was awarded Restaurant Pastry Chef of the Year twice.

 

Yorgos Roussakis

Sous Chef

Yorgos Roussakis has worked at some of the best hotels in Crete and all over Greece. His career is impressive as he has been a part of several Michelin-starred restaurants including Spondi, Athens and the Greenhouse, London.

 

Haris Panagoulias

F&B Manager

Haris Panagoulias is active in the Catering/Food and Beverage industry since 2007. He is a graduate of the Food and Beverage Management department of the Chef d’Oeuvre School. He has been in different managerial positions in domestic and international brands, in several important places of culture, catering, and hospitality in Athens and the Cyclades. He’s part of our team as the Food & Beverage Manager.
